The largest domestic robot exhibition, '2025 RoboWorld', concluded successfully. Held from the 5th to the 8th at Ilsan KINTEX, the 2025 RoboWorld attracted a total of 50,000 visitors over four days.
Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and co-organized by the Korea Association of Robot Industry, Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement, and the Institute of Control, Robotics and Systems, the exhibition showcased the latest in robotics and AI technology across all industrial sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, defense, lifestyle, and services. Humanoid robots, AI manufacturing robots, autonomous robots, and care robots were particularly highlighted.
Leading domestic robot companies participated in the exhibition, demonstrating their technological competitiveness. Major companies such as T-Robotics, A-Robot, Samhyun, Puren Technology, RoboCare, and Yuil Robotics shared their technology strategies and market outlooks through direct interviews.
Companies collectively noted an increase in inquiries about pricing, delivery, sample testing, and pilot applications compared to last year, indicating that the adoption of robots in industrial sites is at a point of significant expansion.
According to the Korea AI and Robot Industry Association, during the exhibition, a total of 460 consultations were conducted through face-to-face export consultation meetings between overseas buyers and domestic companies, achieving a consultation amount of USD 188 million (approximately KRW 2,636 billion) and a contract promotion amount of USD 38.34 million.

Overseas buyers invited by the Korea AI and Robot Industry Association visited booths to view products and solutions across various fields, and on the event stage, memorandums of understanding (MOUs) were signed between the Korea Association of Robot Industry and related domestic and international companies, including the Korea Automobile Mobility Association and AIBotics.
Additionally, various side events such as a global market entry strategy seminar, a 20th-anniversary commemorative dinner, RoboWorld Awards ceremony, Startup IR Innovation Day, and online live commerce were held.
The Korea AI and Robot Industry Association has officially begun preparations for the 2026 RoboWorld, stating, "We aim to make 2026 a turning point for the global leap of K-Robotics, driving the expansion of exports and the creation of success stories for domestic companies."
